🐰🐰 One Year
"In March winter is holding back and spring is pulling forward. Something holds and something pulls inside of us too." —Jean Hersey
Rabbit Rabbit! Happy first of March! It's hard to believe that just a year ago we were unaware how drastically our lives would soon change, with most of us experiencing a shut down of our jobs and schools in mid-March. As we approach the anniversary of the changes caused by covid prevention guidelines, it may be helpful to think back to the positives that came out of the year. How did you use the gift of time if your schedule opened up due to changes in work, school, and personal activities? What were you able to accomplish? What creative endeavors did you attempt? What relationships were strengthened as you made adjustments to the ways you could communicate and interact with friends and loved ones? What old, unfulfilling habits or routines were you able to let go of?
And as we prepare to resume normal activities later in the year, what are you looking forward to? What support might you need to reacclimate?
Some things to look forward to this month:

This switch gives us more light at the end of the day - but might make it a bit more difficult to wake up in the morning for a short time.
