April 2021
π°π° Don't Go to Work Unless it's Fun
βApril is the kindest month. April gets you out of your head and out working in the garden.β -Marty Rubin
Rabbit Rabbit! Happy first of April!
We're now fully immersed in Spring, which for most of us in Pennsylvania and West Virginia means more frequent hints of warm sunshine. I hope that the nice days allow you opportunities to visit with friends and to get outside and explore nearby parks and trails, and maybe some local outdoor venues.
COVID-19 vaccines are quickly becoming available to different priority groups. If you haven't done so already, it's a good idea to talk with your healthcare provider about whether a vaccine is appropriate for you, and to discuss any questions or concerns you might have.
Please note that I will be taking a short break from Saturday, April 17 through Wednesday, April 21. I will be checking messages but may be a bit slower to respond. In case you need to speak to someone immediately, the Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a great resource. The number is 1-800-273-8255. I recommend adding it to your contacts in your phone. If you don't need it, you might be able to share it with someone who does. There's also a text crisis line... you can send a text to 741741 and just write HOME and someone will get right back to you.
