🐰🐰  Last Chapter of 2020     

It's the last chapter of 2020 - an epic year no matter how else you wish to describe it!  How do you want to wrap up the story of 2020?

Some things to keep in mind as we head into December:

  • Holidays can be stressful even in normal times.  The challenges of 2020 have exacerbated those stresses.  Be patient with you.  Give yourself extra time to complete tasks, manage expectations, and know that things may require a little extra effort than usual.

  • Keep to a routine as much as possible.  Sleep, healthy meals, keeping hydrated, and making time for 10 minutes of movement each day are small things that have a big impact in managing stress and regulating your mood. 

  • Social distancing doesn't mean emotional distancing.  It might take some additional effort and it may not be as good as the real thing, but connect with others through video chats, phone calls, cards and letters, outdoor visits when safe and possible. 

  • Don't overextend yourself.  Be purposeful with your time.  Be mindful of your spending.

  • Indulge a little.  Or a lot.  You've earned it.
