November 2022
🐰🐰 Abundance 🦃🦃
“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.” —Eckhart Tolle
The only constant is change...
…and speaking of change, remember that clocks change Sunday, November 6. This is the one most of us prefer - clocks "fall back" giving us an extra hour to sleep! 😴
Abundance …
“In a spiritual context, the notion of abundance or plenty is less about material conditions, revolving instead (once basic needs are met), around an appreciation of life in its fullness, joy and strength of mind, body and soul. This is the cultivation of respect for the creative energy of the universe.” (goodnet.org)
Several years ago there was a Month of Thanks trend on social media to post one thing you were thankful for each day in November. Taking just a minute or two to identify something we are grateful for ensures we are making time each day for something positive, and it serves as a reminder that we have much to be thankful for even on challenging days.
The holidays can be a hardship for many who have limited resources. If you are so inclined, you may wish to consider volunteering or donating to those in need, and possibly hosting those who may not have a family to share their holiday.
“As long as we remain vigilant at building our internal abundance—an abundance of integrity, an abundance of forgiveness, an abundance of service, an abundance of love—then external lack is bound to be temporary.” ― Marianne Williamson
Unique & special November holidays:
Some of my favorites:

November 15 National Philanthropy Day
November 30 Stay at Home Because You Are Well Day
I'm grateful to know you and I thank you for letting me be a part of your journey. Please let me know if there is anything more I can be doing to support you.
“May our effort, confidence and concern for others be the altar from which we pray for personal abundance.” ― Laura Teresa Marquez
Some housekeeping items:
Scheduling:
As we enter the hectic holiday season you may find more activities on your social calendar. I believe that family, friends, and fun are priorities in our lives, and am happy to reschedule our session times when you have something enjoyable to do (or otherwise important, like studying or a project). Please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointments with as much advance notice as possible so that we can reschedule and I can offer the session time to someone else. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a no-show / late cancellation charge.
Crisis Numbers:
I recommend adding these to your contacts in your phone. If you don't need them, you might be able to share them with someone who does.
Suicide Prevention Lifeline: the new 988 line is live! 988 is the new Suicide Prevention Lifeline number. It's exciting to have an easy-to-remember number available to access crisis support quickly. For more information: https://suicidepreventionlifeline.org/current-events/the-lifeline-and-988/. The old number remains active as well: 1-800-273-8255
Text crisis line... you can send a text to 741741 and just write HOME and someone will get right back to you. https://www.crisistextline.org/text-us/
